You will be working with students from 6th to 10th standard, with varied learning levels and abilities. What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver Physics lessons that cater to different learning levels and abilities, incorporating various teaching methods and practical activities.
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress, and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement Physics curriculum, and participate in academic coordination meetings.
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional help, and differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate student performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare students for Physics Olympiads and other competitive exams, and provide guidance on test preparation strategies.
- Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect and empathy among students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and involve them in the learning process.
- Participate in school activities and events, and contribute to the development of a positive school culture.
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Physics (M.Sc.) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- NET or SET qualification in Physics is desirable.
- Experience in teaching Physics to students of 6th to 10th standard.
