Develop lesson plans aligned with CBSE syllabus, ensuring interactive and discussion-based teaching methods. Act as a mentor for students, guiding them through political theory and civic awareness projects. Collaborate with school administration to organize workshops on democratic values and public service ethics. Participate in extracurricular activities like debate clubs or model parliament sessions to enhance students’ political consciousness.
The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate degree in Political Science along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Four years of teaching experience in Political Science or related subjects is mandatory.
