Key Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for Social Science, aligned with CBSE curriculum, to students from 6th to 10th standard.
2. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and identify areas of improvement.
3. Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement a comprehensive Social Science syllabus.
4. Prepare students for periodic assessments and exams, including board exams.
5. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging active participation and critical thinking.
6. Utilize a range of teaching methods, including practical activities, group discussions, and multimedia resources, to engage students and promote conceptual understanding.
7. Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Eligibility
The candidate must possess a post-graduate degree in Social Science or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school. Preference will be given to candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. The candidate must also be well-versed in the CBSE curriculum and have a strong understanding of Social Science concepts.
