VICE PRINCIPAL
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will assist the Principal in day‑to‑day administration of Radha Govind Public School, overseeing student discipline, attendance records and the smooth functioning of the school office. Managing the examination schedule, coordinating with senior staff for timetabling and ensuring compliance with state education regulations are core duties. The VICE PRINCIPAL will lead staff meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items to maintain operational efficiency. Handling parent grievances, conducting regular audits of school resources, and supervising the upkeep of campus facilities are part of the daily routine. The role also includes preparing reports for the education department of Uttar Pradesh and assisting in the implementation of new policies introduced by the school management.
Required Experience & Qualification
A minimum of five years of experience in school administration or a similar leadership role is essential. Candidates must hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.A., M.Sc., or M.Com, and possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed as per qualification guidelines. Preference will be given to those who have cleared TET/CTET, although it is not mandatory. Strong knowledge of the Uttar Pradesh school system and experience handling administrative tasks in a co‑educational setting are required.
