About This Role

- Plan and execute volleyball camps, clinics, and other events to promote the sport.
- Collaborate with the school administration to ensure the volleyball program meets the school's standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local volleyball clubs, teams, and organizations.
- Attend volleyball tournaments and events to stay updated on the latest techniques and strategies.
- Evaluate and assess the progress of the volleyball program and make recommendations for improvement.
- Promote healthy competition, sportsmanship, and teamwork among student-athletes.
Eligibility
To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree and at least 2 years of experience as a Volleyball Coach. You should also possess excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.

- Strong understanding of volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules.
- Experience in team management, leadership, and communication.
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school administrators.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes to achieve their best.
