Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Music from a recognized university is mandatory. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for this role. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in music instruction or coordination in a school setting. Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and data entry is required.
Preferred Skills
Fluency in Hindi and English is necessary. Knowledge of classical, folk, and contemporary music forms is preferred. Experience in managing school-level music festivals or concerts will be an added advantage. Familiarity with local cultural traditions in Uttar Pradesh is desirable.
