About This Role
As an NTT English teacher at Shri Vinayak Academy, you will be responsible for teaching English to students from grades 6 to 12. You will be expected to prepare and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and provide feedback to students. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and deliver English lessons to students from grades 6 to 12
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Use digital resources to enhance student learning
- Develop and implement English language learning plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum activities
- Participate in school events and activities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress
- Engage in professional development to enhance teaching skills
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in English or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required, and a TET or CTET certification is preferred. You must have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar school setting. You must be passionate about teaching English and committed to creating a positive learning environment.
