Day-to-Day Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing inclusive lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Creating a supportive classroom environment that promotes active learning and engagement
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require extra help
- Assisting in the development of assessment tools and evaluating student progress
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
- Managing classroom behavior and creating a positive learning environment
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participating in parent-teacher conferences and communicating with parents about student progress
- Staying up-to-date with curriculum changes and adjustments to instructional methods
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. Prior experience teaching Mathematics to students of diverse learning levels is preferred.
