Attend workshops on modern Evs teaching techniques and update lesson plans accordingly. Share best practices with colleagues during staff meetings.
Qualification and experience
Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. TET/CTET is preferred but not required. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a primary setting is essential.
Compensation and location
