- Conduct regular assessments to identify areas where students need additional support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide music programs.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, empathy, and cooperation among students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and strategies to engage students and promote active learning.
- Develop and maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote music and the arts.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in music and education. You should hold a postgraduate degree in Music or a related field, with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. A minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching music to students of different age groups is also required.

In addition to your academic qualifications, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. You should also have a patient and inclusive approach to teaching, with a willingness to adapt to the needs of students with diverse learning styles and abilities.
