Role Summary
Delhi Public Global School Moradabad invites applications for the Sports Teacher position in Moradabad. This role leads sports programs, manages facilities, and drives student participation in inter-school tournaments. The Sports Teacher is responsible for building a culture of fitness, discipline, and teamwork among students.
Key Responsibilities
Organize daily sports sessions for classes 1 to 12 with structured warm-up, skill drills, and cooldown routines.
Plan and execute monthly intra-school sports events including athletics, cricket, football, and table tennis.
Maintain all sports equipment and inventory, ensuring availability and safety during practices and matches.
Coordinate with coaches and external trainers for specialized training camps and skill enhancement programs.
Monitor student fitness levels and maintain records of attendance, performance, and health checks.
Arrange transport and logistics for off-campus sports events and inter-school competitions.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of sports fields, courts, and indoor facilities at all times.
Submit monthly reports on sports activities, participation, and upcoming tournament schedules to the school leadership.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have: Graduate in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years of experience in school sports administration or coaching in Moradabad or nearby areas.
Good to Have: Certification in sports coaching from SAI, NSNIS, or any recognized sports academy. Experience in organizing state-level school tournaments.
