Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver Chemistry lessons to students at the higher secondary level.
- Conduct experiments, demonstrations, and practical activities to enhance student learning.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance.
- Develop and implement new teaching methods to improve student engagement.
- Maintain a well-organized and safe science laboratory.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Participate in school events and activities related to Science and Chemistry.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
- Post-graduate degree in Chemistry or a related subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a senior secondary school.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET certification.
- Experience in teaching Chemistry at the higher secondary level.
- Knowledge of new teaching methods and technologies.
