What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons to students from Class 1 to 8.
- Prepare and administer English language assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Develop and implement English language learning materials, including worksheets and quizzes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to participate in English language activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including progress reports and attendance records.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's English language curriculum.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance English language teaching skills.
- Assist in organizing English language events, such as literary festivals and poetry recitals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must hold a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree in English with a strong academic background. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
