About This Role
Delhi Public School Pilibhit is seeking a seasoned NTT Hindi Teacher to fill a key role in our Hindi department. As a senior member of our teaching team, you will be expected to provide academic leadership, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the development of our students.
Day-to-Day Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the Hindi curriculum for Classes VI to X
- Mentoring junior Hindi teachers to enhance their teaching skills
- Analyzing and interpreting board results to inform teaching strategies
- Collaborating with other subject teachers to integrate Hindi into the broader curriculum
- Conducting parent-teacher meetings to keep guardians informed about their child's progress
- Developing and implementing assessment tools to measure student learning
- Collaborating with the school administration to ensure compliance with educational policies and regulations
- Maintaining accurate student records and reporting progress to parents
- Participating in school events and activities to promote Hindi language and culture
- Assisting in the development of school-wide language and literacy programs
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, you must have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Hindi and at least 5 years of teaching experience. A NET or SET qualification is highly desirable.
