Responsibilities
As a PGT Physics Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging physics lessons aligned with the latest curriculum standards. Collaboration with the physics department will be key—participating in curriculum reviews, teacher training sessions, and student mentorship programs. Additionally, you’ll assist in organizing school events like science fairs and inter-house competitions, where physics knowledge is showcased. The role demands a balance between classroom instruction and extracurricular activities to inspire young minds.
Qualification
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Physics along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A strong academic background in physics with a focus on modern theories and problem-solving skills is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, it will be considered favorably.
Experience
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting. Experience in shaping students’ interest in physics through innovative teaching methods and hands-on learning is highly valued. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE syllabi and the ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse student abilities will be advantageous.
Salary and Employment Type
