Plan and execute daily lesson plans for Nursery, LKG, and UKG classes.

Assess each child’s progress through observations and simple checklists.
Organize indoor and outdoor activities that build motor skills and social confidence.
Collaborate with co-teachers to align monthly themes across subjects.
Maintain clean, child-friendly classroom corners for art, music, and pretend play.
Communicate with parents during pickup and through weekly activity notes.
Attend staff meetings and in-house training on early childhood best practices.
Eligibility Criteria
Must be a graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in pre-primary classes.
D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree is mandatory for this All Teacher job in Prayagraj.
Prior experience in an NTT or play-way setup is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with local Hindi and English is an added advantage.
