Maintain organized lesson plans and teaching aids for smooth classroom execution.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and update syllabus-based lesson materials to reflect current business trends and industry relevance. Collaborate with the academic department to integrate real-world case studies and projects into the curriculum. Assess student performance through exams, projects, and continuous evaluation to provide constructive feedback. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum improvements and student performance trends.
Periodic Responsibilities
Conduct workshops or guest lectures for students to explore career opportunities in business fields. Review and update teaching methodologies based on student feedback and academic performance data. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding curriculum standards and assessment practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for the PGT role. Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in Business Studies or commerce-related subjects. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, prior teaching experience in schools is highly valued.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 37,000 to Rs. 55,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is based in Karchhana, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, offering a conducive environment for professional growth and personal development.
