About This Role
United University invites applications for the post of PGT - Financial Management in its Faculty of Commerce. As a PGT at United University, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic careers of our students and contribute to the excellence of our institution.
What You Will Do
As a PGT - Financial Management, your primary responsibility will be to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Financial Management. You will also be required to:
- Teach master level courses in Financial Management and guide students on research projects.
- Design and develop curriculum for Financial Management courses.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and conferences on topics related to Financial Management.
- Contribute to the development of the Department of Financial Management at United University.
- Participate in academic and co-curricular activities of the university.
- Foster industry-academia partnerships for research and development in Financial Management.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement academic programs.
Master Level Teaching
You will be responsible for teaching master level courses in Financial Management and guiding students on research projects. You will also be required to design and develop curriculum for Financial Management courses, and conduct seminars, workshops, and conferences on topics related to Financial Management.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the post of PGT - Financial Management, you must have:
- A Ph.D. in Financial Management or a related field with a minimum of 55% marks.
- A valid UGC-NET/SLET score.
- A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the postgraduate level.
- Knowledge of the UGC regulations and state government rules governing university education in Uttar Pradesh.
Learning and Development
As a PGT at United University, you will have opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. To be eligible for promotion to the post of Associate Professor, you must have an API score of 3.5 or more. You will also be required to publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and participate in academic and co-curricular activities of the university.
