Eligibility Criteria
A Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Aircraft Structures, or a related field is mandatory. Minimum five years of teaching experience in aircraft structures or aerospace engineering at a recognized university is required. UGC-NET or equivalent qualification is necessary if the Ph.D. is not completed.
Industry experience in aircraft structural design, analysis, or maintenance is highly preferred. Publications in peer-reviewed journals and participation in national or international conferences are desirable. Familiarity with software tools like ANSYS, CATIA, or NASTRAN is an added advantage.
