Master Level Teaching
Teach specialized courses at the master’s level, including advanced broadcast journalism, media ethics, and investigative reporting. Supervise master’s dissertations and guide students in producing documentary projects and news packages.
Conduct research in broadcast journalism and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals. Encourage students to participate in national and international media competitions and conferences. Foster a research culture by organizing seminars and colloquiums.
Required Qualifications
A PhD in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized university. Candidates must have qualified UGC-NET, UGC-CSIR NET, or SLET in Mass Communication/Journalism.
Minimum five years of teaching experience at the university level, preferably in broadcast journalism. A strong portfolio of published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry-recognized media outlets is essential.
