About This Role

What You Will Do

Guide doctoral students in formulating research questions and methodological frameworks for their theses.
Organize seminars and panel discussions with CEOs and startup founders from Prayagraj’s growing tech ecosystem. Serve on departmental committees for curriculum review, research grants, and student mentoring programs. Represent United University at university-industry conclaves focused on digital transformation.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in E Commerce, Business Administration with specialization in E Commerce, or a closely related field from a recognized university is mandatory. A post-doctoral fellowship or international research exposure is strongly preferred. Candidates must have cleared UGC-NET with JRF or equivalent national eligibility tests such as CSIR-NET or SET in Commerce.
Minimum ten years of teaching and research experience in E Commerce or digital business is required. At least five years should be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent. Publications in peer-reviewed journals and prior supervision of Ph.D. scholars are essential.
