A Ph.D. in Entomology or a closely related field is mandatory for this position. Post-doctoral research experience is highly preferred and adds value to the application. Candidates must have cleared UGC-NET with JRF or hold an equivalent qualification recognized by UGC norms.
Minimum teaching experience of five years at the university level is required. Demonstrated research output with publications in Scopus or Web of Science indexed journals is necessary. Experience in guiding M.Phil. or Ph.D. students will be given preference.
