Day-to-Day Duties

Supervise student projects, internships, and startup incubation activities. Organize guest lectures by successful entrepreneurs and industry leaders. Postgraduate Students
Guide master’s level students in their dissertations and entrepreneurial ventures. Facilitate research in areas like startup financing, innovation management, and rural entrepreneurship. Encourage students to participate in national and international entrepreneurship competitions.
Eligibility Criteria
A PhD in Entrepreneurship, Management, or related field with minimum 55% marks is mandatory. NET/SLET qualified candidates with a master’s degree and 5 years of experience may also apply. Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals is essential.
Prior teaching or industry experience in entrepreneurship development is preferred. Familiarity with startup ecosystems in Uttar Pradesh will be an added advantage. Candidates should demonstrate leadership in academic or entrepreneurial initiatives.
