The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching master level courses in Family Law, such as Family Law: Concepts and Principles, Family Law: Cases and Controversies, and Family Law: Research Methodology. They will also guide students in research projects related to Family Law and supervise theses and dissertations of postgraduate students.
Eligibility Criteria
A Ph.D. in Law with a minimum of 55% marks is mandatory for the post of PROFESSOR. Candidates who do not have a Ph.D. must possess a NET/SLET certificate. The candidate must have a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and must be knowledgeable about Family Law. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a University is required.
Learning and Development
The successful candidate will be eligible for career advancement based on their API score. The API score is calculated based on research, teaching, and community service. The candidate must have a strong research background and a commitment to teaching and community service.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for the post of PROFESSOR will be in the range of Rs.60,000 - Rs.90,000 per month. The candidate will also be eligible for allowances as per UGC regulations.
