- Supervising PhD students and guiding their research work
- Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement new academic programs
- Participating in academic and professional events, conferences, and workshops
- Developing and managing academic projects, securing research grants, and promoting interdisciplinary research
- Evaluating student performance and providing feedback
- Contributing to departmental and university-level committees and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you must possess:
- A PhD in Finance or a related field from a recognized university
- A strong research record, with publications in leading international journals
- Postdoctoral experience is preferred
- UGC-NET (with JRF) or equivalent qualification is required for those without a PhD
Academic Projects:
