* Supervising Ph.D. students in HRM and guiding them to completion.
* Collaborating with faculty members on research projects, including securing research grants and developing research proposals.
* Participating in academic service, such as committee work, departmental meetings, and university-wide initiatives.
* Developing and implementing curriculum changes, including new courses and programs in HRM.
* Engaging in industry collaborations, including consulting, training, and placement services.
Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Human Resource Management or a related field is mandatory for this position. A post-doctoral research experience is preferred. Candidates with UGC-NET (with JRF) are also encouraged to apply. The applicant should have a strong research background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to interact with students, faculty, and industry partners.
