Day-to-Day Duties
As PROFESSOR - Industrial Engineering, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Industrial Engineering, including design of experiments, quality control, and operations research.
- Conducting research and publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Guiding postgraduate students in their research projects.
- Participating in academic committees and contributing to the development of curriculum.
- Maintaining a strong connection with industry through consulting, research collaborations, and expert advice.
- Supervising and mentoring junior faculty members and research scholars.
- Participating in academic and professional development activities, including workshops and conferences.
- Contributing to the development of departmental and university policies.

Master Level Teaching
As PROFESSOR, you will be responsible for teaching master level courses in Industrial Engineering, including:
- Advanced topics in Industrial Engineering, such as data analytics and artificial intelligence.
- Research methodology and statistical analysis.
- Project guidance for master level students, including thesis supervision and project evaluation.
- Development of new courses and programs in Industrial Engineering.

Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must possess:
- A PhD in Industrial Engineering or a related field from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks.
- A strong academic record, including a good NET/SLET score and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in a university or college setting.
- A strong research background, including a proven track record of research publication and funding.

Learning and Development
