- Participate in curriculum development, program evaluation, and assessment of academic programs in Operations Management.
- Engage in departmental and institutional service activities, including committee work, student advising, and recruitment of new faculty members.
Required Qualifications
A Ph.D. in Operations Management or a related field is mandatory. A postdoctoral research experience is preferred. UGC-NET with JRF is required for Assistant Professor position, if Ph.D. is not completed. Candidates must meet UGC norms for university recruitment.
