Day-to-Day Duties
The PROFESSOR - Organizational Behavior will be responsible for:

- Conducting lectures, tutorials, and seminars for students.
- Assessing student performance through various evaluation methods.
- Guiding students in their research projects and dissertations.
- Collaborating with other faculty members in the Department of Management Studies.
- Participating in academic and administrative activities of the university.
- Maintaining a record of students' performance and progress.
Postgraduate Students
The PROFESSOR - Organizational Behavior will be responsible for guiding postgraduate students in their master level courses and research projects, including:
- Supervising students in their research projects and dissertations.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to students in their academic and professional development.
- Conducting seminars and workshops for students on research methodology and academic writing.
- Collaborating with other faculty members to develop and implement research projects.

- A Ph.D. degree in Organizational Behavior or a related field with a minimum of 55% marks.
- NET/SLET qualification or equivalent.
