What You Will Do
As a PROFESSOR of Public Administration at United University, you will be responsible for:
- Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Public Administration, including introductory courses, specialized seminars, and research methods.
- Advising and mentoring students on academic and career-related matters, including research projects, internships, and job placements.
- Participating in academic administration, including curriculum development, program assessment, and departmental service.
- Engaging in research and publishing scholarly articles in reputable journals and books.
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to develop interdisciplinary research projects and programs.
- Supervising Ph.D. and M.Phil. students in Public Administration.
- Participating in departmental and university-level service, including committee work, outreach activities, and community engagement.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- A Ph.D. in Public Administration or a related field from a recognized university.
- A strong track record of research and publication in Public Administration, including articles in reputable journals and books.
- Industry experience or professional practice in Public Administration is highly desirable.
- A strong commitment to teaching and learning, including experience with innovative pedagogies and digital technologies.
