What You Will Do

Serve on academic committees including board of studies, research councils, and faculty selection panels. Mentor junior faculty and participate in curriculum design for BTech, MSc, and PhD programs. Represent United University at national and international conferences.
Required Qualifications
PhD in Physics, Electronics Engineering, or Materials Science with specialization in Semiconductor Physics from a recognized university. UGC-NET or CSIR-NET qualified candidates will be preferred. Minimum five years of teaching or research experience in a university or R&D institution is mandatory.
Industry experience in semiconductor fabrication, device characterization, or cleanroom technologies is highly desirable. Candidates with patents or funded projects in microelectronics will receive preference. Proficiency in simulation tools like COMSOL, TCAD, or Lumerical is an added advantage.
