Identify and nurture talented players, providing guidance on technique, fitness and sportsmanship, and arrange exposure visits to local clubs or academies.
Maintain records of attendance, performance metrics and competition results, and submit periodic reports to the school administration.
Organise and supervise tennis events, workshops and guest coaching sessions, fostering community participation and parental involvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and manage any injury reporting in coordination with the school nurse.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands‑on coaching experience in tennis, preferably in a school or academy setting.
Certification from recognised tennis bodies (e.g., ITF Level 1 or equivalent) is desirable.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English; ability to motivate young learners.
Valid background clearance as per school policy.
Salary
Rs.20,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, payable as per school norms.
Location
