We seek a dedicated Chemistry teacher to join R N Public School’s Science department in Phulpur, Prayagraj. This role involves teaching high school Chemistry to students in classes 11 and 12, fostering a strong foundation in scientific principles through interactive lessons. Your expertise will shape young minds, ensuring they grasp concepts like organic chemistry, periodic trends, and practical applications in daily life.
Classroom teaching will be a core responsibility, requiring clear communication and the ability to simplify complex theories for diverse learners. You’ll design engaging lessons, conduct experiments, and encourage hands-on learning to keep students motivated. Experience in creating visually appealing notes and using multimedia tools will be highly beneficial.
Assessing student progress is essential, so you’ll evaluate their understanding through quizzes, projects, and periodic tests. Feedback will be constructive, helping students improve their problem-solving skills in chemistry. Maintaining accurate records of assessments and grades will also be part of your duties.
Parent-teacher interactions will be part of the role, especially during parent-teacher meetings. You’ll explain students’ performance, discuss their strengths and areas for improvement, and collaborate with parents to support their academic growth. Building trust and maintaining open lines of communication will be key.
Department coordination involves working closely with other Science teachers to align teaching methods and resources. Sharing best practices, attending department meetings, and ensuring smooth curriculum implementation will contribute to a cohesive learning environment. Your collaborative spirit will strengthen R N Public School’s Science program.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.25,000 per month, along with opportunities to grow professionally in a supportive educational setting. A postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related field is mandatory, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in high school Chemistry, will be preferred. A TET or CTET certificate is advantageous but not mandatory for this role.
