TGT Social Science Teacher Position at Saint Johns Academy in Prayagraj
Saint Johns Academy in Karchhana, Prayagraj, seeks a dedicated TGT Social Science Teacher to engage students in history, geography, economics, and political science. This role involves designing engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive classes, and fostering critical thinking through real-world examples. You will also assess student progress, maintain curriculum alignment, and collaborate with the principal to support overall academic growth.
Your responsibilities will include preparing syllabus-based lessons, using multimedia tools to enhance learning, and encouraging discussions on current social issues. The position requires a strong grasp of Social Science concepts, adaptability to diverse learning styles, and a passion for shaping young minds.
To qualify, you must hold a postgraduate degree in Social Science or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience in Social Science or a relevant subject is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. The salary for this full-time position is Rs.18,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, with the opportunity to grow within the institution.
