Student Mentoring
Beyond classroom teaching, the Hindi PRT will hold scheduled office hours for one‑on‑one guidance, helping students improve language proficiency and literary analysis skills. The faculty member will also monitor student attendance and progress, intervening when academic difficulties arise.
Assessment Duties
Designing and administering internal assessments, preparing answer keys and evaluation rubrics, and maintaining accurate records of marks are essential responsibilities. The PRT will collaborate with senior faculty to ensure consistency in grading standards across sections. Periodic review of assessment outcomes will be used to refine teaching methods and address learning gaps.

Candidates must have cleared NET/SET, as mandated for assistant‑level positions, and a Ph.D. will be considered advantageous.
