Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach Chemistry lessons to students in classes 9-12.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure curriculum alignment.
- Participate in school-wide events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field, with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. As a Chemistry Teacher, you must have a strong understanding of the subject matter and be able to communicate complex concepts to students. Your experience as a teacher will be an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will be offered a salary of Rs.28,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, negotiable for strong candidates. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for benefits such as medical insurance and transport allowance.
