Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver structured lessons in mathematics covering topics from class 6 to 12, ensuring alignment with CBSE syllabus and state curriculum standards.
2. Prepare engaging teaching aids like worksheets, visual aids, and interactive demonstrations to enhance student understanding.
3. Assess student performance through regular tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations to identify strengths and areas needing improvement.
4. Collaborate with the mathematics department to design lesson plans, share teaching resources, and participate in faculty meetings.
5. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and peer learning among students.
6. Keep parents informed about student progress through regular parent-teacher interactions and report cards.
7. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning abilities, including students with special needs, where possible.
8. Ensure compliance with school policies on attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
