Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students of various classes
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and exams
- Develop and implement engaging instructional materials
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school decision-making
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and pedagogical best practices
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. in English/Education or a related field
- Experience in teaching English to students of various age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to school decision-making
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with English language teaching methodologies
