PRT Social Science Teacher Position at A M World School, Sambhal
Teaching Social Science at A M World School in Chandausi, Sambhal, requires a dedicated educator to inspire students with engaging lessons in history, geography, and political science. This full-time role focuses on shaping young minds through interactive classroom experiences while aligning with the school’s academic standards.
Daily Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Social Science lessons tailored to students’ varying learning levels. Prepare daily lesson plans, including activities, discussions, and assessments to maintain student interest. Monitor student progress in real-time, offering immediate feedback and support where needed. Ensure classroom management is smooth, fostering a respectful and collaborative learning environment.
Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Coordinate with the subject coordinator to review and update teaching materials, textbooks, and curriculum-based resources. Participate in weekly planning meetings to align Social Science teaching with broader school goals. Collaborate with colleagues to organize school-wide events, exhibitions, or field trips related to Social Science topics. Assist in assessing student performance through quizzes, projects, and periodic tests.
Periodic Responsibilities
Prepare term-end evaluations and reports for students, parents, and the school administration. Attend regular faculty meetings to discuss curriculum updates, student performance trends, and best teaching practices. Ensure compliance with school policies regarding attendance, discipline, and academic integrity in Social Science classes.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for the PRT role. Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in Social Science or a relevant subject area. Familiarity with CBSE or Uttar Pradesh Board syllabi is a plus.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.12,000 to Rs.22,000. The position is based in Chandausi, Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, with travel arrangements covered for field trips or school events as required.
