What You Will Do
- Develop and implement engaging Chemistry lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and understanding
- Engage with parents through regular Parent-Teacher Meetings to discuss student performance and provide guidance
- Participate in school events and activities that promote Science and Chemistry-related awareness
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide curricular initiatives
- Contribute to the development of the school's Science and Chemistry departments
- Participate in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on the latest Chemistry curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity
- Develop and implement project-based learning activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Who Can Apply
Applicants must possess a postgraduate degree in Chemistry or a related subject. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification is desired, but not mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required. Familiarity with the TET/CTET syllabus is an added advantage.
