About This Role
Udya International School is inviting applications for the position of Art And Craft in Sant Kabir Nagar. The role is designed for experienced professionals who can lead the Art And Craft department in a full-time capacity. The candidate will be responsible for managing the creative vision, resources, and daily operations of the Art And Craft section at the Khalilabad campus.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and execute the annual Art And Craft calendar, aligning activities with school events and festivals in Uttar Pradesh.
2. Source and manage supplies for painting, clay modeling, and craft materials to ensure smooth operations.
3. Organize workshops and exhibitions for students and parents, showcasing talent from Sant Kabir Nagar.
4. Supervise support staff and volunteers involved in Art And Craft activities across the school.
5. Maintain inventory records, track budgets, and report expenses related to Art And Craft programs.
6. Collaborate with the school leadership to integrate Art And Craft into school-wide initiatives and community outreach.
7. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards while handling materials and equipment.
8. Document progress, achievements, and student participation in Art And Craft activities for assessment.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in Fine Arts, Craft Design, or a related field is mandatory. A diploma or certification in Art Education will be an added advantage. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and digital design tools, is necessary. Experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Creative direction, project management, and team coordination are essential. Knowledge of local art traditions from Uttar Pradesh will be highly valued. Ability to train and guide junior staff in Art And Craft techniques is desirable.
What You Get
