Day-to-Day Duties
1. Develop and implement effective career guidance programs for students, focusing on academic and professional development.

3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development.
4. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in education and career guidance, incorporating this knowledge into your counselling practice.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations, such as educational institutions, employers, and career services, to provide students with access to valuable resources and opportunities.
6. Assist in the planning and execution of career fairs, workshops, and other events that promote student development and career exploration.
7. Maintain accurate records of student progress, counselling sessions, and other relevant data to inform your practice and evaluate the effectiveness of our career guidance programs.
Required Qualifications
A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as education, psychology, or a related discipline, is essential for this role. In addition, we are looking for candidates with a strong background in career counselling, preferably with experience working in a school setting. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is also required. Preference will be given to candidates with a valid CTET or TET certification.
