Who You Will Teach
As a PGT Business Studies Teacher at Udya International School, you will be responsible for teaching Business Studies to students from diverse learning levels, including those who require additional support. Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to support students with varying learning abilities
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Provide individualized support to students who require extra assistance
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a cohesive Business Studies curriculum
- Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience and promote student engagement
- Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices in Business Studies education
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess a postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related field. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and hold a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree. While a TET or CTET certification is not mandatory, it is preferred.
