What You Will Do
* Design and deliver engaging Philosophy lessons to students of Classes 11 and 12
* Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and discussion
* Engage parents through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings to ensure student success
* Participate in school events and activities that promote community involvement and social responsibility
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote Philosophy education
* Stay updated with curriculum developments and best practices in Philosophy education
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
* Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to Philosophy education
Required Qualifications
* Postgraduate degree in Philosophy or related field
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* Preferably cleared TET or CTET
* Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Philosophy
* Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
