Who You Will Teach

You will teach students from diverse learning levels, including those with special needs, language difficulties, and varying cultural backgrounds. Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement engaging dance lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional learning.
- Adapt dance techniques to accommodate students with special needs and limitations.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate dance with other subjects and disciplines.
- Develop and maintain a safe, organized, and engaging dance studio environment.
- Supervise students during dance performances and events.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops.
- Assist in maintaining student records and progress reports.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from a recognized institution. While a Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is not mandatory, it is preferred. You should have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting.

- Experience in teaching dance to students of varying ages and abilities.
- Knowledge of inclusive pedagogy and adaptive teaching methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
