1. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for students facing academic, emotional, or social challenges.

3. Collaborate with school leadership to address behavioural issues and create supportive classroom environments.
4. Maintain confidential records of student interactions and progress as per school policies.
5. Organize workshops on stress management, career guidance, and life skills for senior students.
6. Work closely with teachers and administrative staff to identify students needing special attention.
7. Provide crisis intervention support during critical incidents within the school premises.
8. Report monthly summaries of counselling activities to the school management.
Who Can Apply
Graduates in Psychology or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of experience in counselling. Basic computer proficiency is required for documentation and reporting. Candidates with prior experience in school or educational settings will be given preference.
