- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the school.
- Oversee the implementation of school policies and plans.
- Ensure effective communication among teachers, staff, and parents.

- Coordinate with faculty and staff to plan and implement school programs.
- Develop and manage budgets for various school activities.
- Collaborate with district officials and other educational institutions.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff.
- Ensure adherence to school rules and regulations.
- Manage school maintenance and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in school administration.
- Familiarity with TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with school administration software.
