Day-to-Day Duties
As a senior member of the Physical Education department, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive Physical Education curriculum for classes IX to XII.
- Mentoring junior staff members to ensure they are equipped to handle Physical Education classes effectively.
- Conducting board exams and assessing student performance in Physical Education.
- Developing and implementing innovative Physical Education programs to promote student engagement and learning.
- Maintaining student records and progress reports for Physical Education classes.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate Physical Education with other subjects.
- Providing guidance and support to students participating in inter-school Physical Education competitions.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Physical Education department.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Physical Education.
- A Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- A strong preference for NET or SET certification.
