You will oversee daily dance sessions, including preparation of lesson plans, student assessments, and maintaining discipline in a creative environment. Ensure safety protocols are followed during practice sessions and maintain equipment inventory. Act as a liaison between students, parents, and faculty to address concerns related to dance programs. A graduate with at least two years of experience in dance instruction or related arts administration is required. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to inspire young learners are essential. Knowledge of Indian classical or contemporary dance styles would be beneficial.
