PGT Economics Teacher Position at Rosy Public School
Rosy Public School in Sadar, Shahjahanpur, invites experienced educators to join as a PGT Economics Teacher. This role focuses on shaping students’ understanding of economic principles through engaging, relevant lessons in a dynamic school setting. You’ll design and deliver lectures, explain macro and microeconomic theories, and encourage critical thinking in a diverse class of learners.
Your daily work will include structuring lessons that bridge theory with real-world applications. Whether teaching concepts like supply and demand, trade policies, or financial literacy, you’ll adapt your approach to match students’ interests and learning levels. Classroom interaction is key—you’ll guide discussions, clarify doubts, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Assessment is an integral part of your role. You’ll evaluate students through projects, quizzes, and assignments that reinforce key economic concepts. Regular feedback ensures students grasp both the fundamentals and practical implications of economics. Your ability to assess performance fairly and provide constructive guidance will help students build confidence in their analytical skills.
Experience in teaching economics at the secondary level is essential, as is a strong command of the subject. A postgraduate degree in Economics and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification will be required. While TET/CTET certifications are not mandatory, they would be an asset. Your passion for economics and a proven track record of engaging students will make a real difference in Rosy Public School’s academic growth.
